Dear Cottle Parents:

It's hard to believe that we have one week left until the end of the 2016-17 school year. Please remember that next week student dismissal on Thursday, June 22nd is at 11:30AM and student dismissal on Friday, June 23rd is at 9:30AM.

Congratulations to our Pre-K students who graduated yesterday (June 15th)! What a lovely ceremony! We wish our best to our Kindergarteners who celebrate their graduation on Monday, June 19th at 9AM in the Cottle auditorium. Congratulations to our Fifth Graders who have their Stepping-Up ceremony on Wednesday, June 21st at 9AM in the THS Auditorium. We wish you well in your years in middle school.

To help avoid summer setback on learning, please remember to have your children read everyday. Student First in Math accounts remain active through August 10th. Just 10 minutes of math a day is enough to avoid the "summer slide".

The library is in the process cataloging their inventory for the end of the school year, so please return any Cottle library books by Monday, June 19th.

Have a healthy and enjoyable summer. The first day of the 2017-18 school year for students is Wednesday, September 6, 2017.

Mr. Peter Kilgallen, Assistant Principal

There are quite a number of coats, sweaters, and other clothing collecting on the PTA Lost & Found coat rack in our cafeteria. Children should check the Lost & Found coat rack during lunchtime to see if anything belongs to them, and parents can visit the coat rack any day after school. Remember, unclaimed items are donated to charity in December and June each school year.
